Ticket purchased through Cotai Water Jet terminal ticketing offices or Cotai Water Jet Official website can exchange to a new ticket. 2. Ticket redeemed by CotaiTravel, travel agent voucher, hotel and entertainment package or complimentary ticket of Sands Rewards Club may exchange to a new ticket, refund is not applicable. 3. Ticket purchased via travel agents. Exchange should be processed through the travel agent that bookings were originally made. This is restricted by terms and conditions of the agents. Exchange to a new ticket must be done within 7 days (effective from original sailing date). New sailing departure date must be within 45 days (effective from original sailing date). New ticket could only be the same route and same or lower ticket fare as original ticket. Price difference for lower fare ticket will not be refunded. For the exchange procedure, all passengers can exchange tickets at Cotai Water Jet Terminal ticketing office. When Hong Kong Observatory and Macao Meteorological and Geophysical Bureau (SMG) announce Strong Wind Signal No. 3 is hoisted, Cotai Water Jet may cancel sailings for safety reasons. Passengers affected by this cancellation should follow the procedure same as suspension under Typhoon Signal No. 8 in handling their ferry tickets. |

Due to inclement weather conditions, the 32nd Macau International Fireworks Display Contest originally scheduled for September 7 has been postponed until further notice. Consequently, Cotai Water Jet’s “Macau Cruise Firework Route” will be suspended. Guests who have purchased tickets may contact guest services to apply for a refund within 7 days from the date of the cancelled cruise. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
