Macao Resident Same Day Return Promotion
Passengers with Macao SAR Permanent/Non-permanent Resident Identity Card (“Macao ID Card”) who purchase one (1) Cotai Water Jet City Route full fare ticket depart from Macau Taipa (Cotai Class or Cotai First) (“First Trip Ticket”), at designated Cotai Water Jet ticketing counter, are entitled to purchase one (1) return trip ticket with the same sailing date and class of the First Trip Ticket in half fare (“Discounted Ticket”) (“Offer”).
Purchasing Period: From now - 31 December 2026
Black-out Date Period: 1 January, 17 - 19 February, 3 - 7 April, 24 - 25 May, 26 - 27 September, 18 - 19 October, 20 – 22 December, 25 – 27 December and 31 December 2026
Terms and Conditions:
1. The trip of the First Trip Ticket shall depart from Macau Taipa Ferry Terminal; and the trip of the Discounted Ticket shall depart from Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal (Sheung Wan).
2. The Discounted Ticket MUST has the same sailing date and class of the First Trip Ticket. This Offer is not applicable when the First Trip Ticket is for the last sailing of the day.
3. Passengers must purchase the Discounted Ticket at the time of purchasing the First Trip Ticket, otherwise it will be deemed as a waiver of this Offer.
4. Each passenger can only enjoy this Offer to purchase one (1) set of round-trip ticket per day within the Promotion period and the ferry tickets are for personal use by the ticket purchaser only. The first two and last two digits of the Macao ID Card number and the initials of full name of passengers will be recorded to avoid duplicated redemption of offer.
5. The words “Macao Same Day Return” will be printed on the ferry ticket. Passengers must present their Macao ID Card for verification at the gate before boarding. If any deviation is found, Cotai Water Jet reserves the right to refuse travelers onboard.
6. All sailing schedules must be completed within the Promotion Period (i.e. on or before 31 December 2026).
7. Discounted ferry tickets are subject to seat availability, with limited quantity, and on a first come first serve basis.
8. When this Offer is enjoyed together with the Macao Residents MOP/HKD 20 off Offer, the Macao Residents Offer will be applied before this Offer.
9. Except the abovementioned Macao Residents Offer, this Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion, discount offers, gift vouchers, cash coupons, associate benefits, credits and points (including Rewards Dollars).
10. This Offer cannot be used in purchasing E-ticket and E-voucher.
11. No change, cancellation or refund is available once ferry ticket is issued.
12. Discounted ferry tickets cannot be upgraded to VIP cabin.
13. All ferry tickets which are altered or damaged will be void.
14. Cotai Ferry Company Limited (“CFCL”) will not be responsible for any lost or stolen ticket, and no reissuance of ferry ticket will be entertained.
15. By participating in the Offer, Passengers confirm their agreement with the privacy policy of CFCL as stated on https://www.cotaiwaterjet.com/privacy-policy.html (“Privacy Notice”).
16. By using Offer to purchase ferry tickets, Eligible Passenger s hereby expressly acknowledges and provides consent for his/her personal data be collected, used, and shared as described herein and in the Privacy Notice. Eligible Passenger s authorizes the CFCL to collect, use, store and process, automatically or manually, all personal data he/she provides the CFCL during his/her participation in this Offer (including the first two and last two digits of the Macao ID Card number, the initials of full name and any data related with his/her participation in this Offer) (hereinafter the “Data”), for the purposes of offer redemption record. In addition, Eligible Passenger s also expressly authorizes the CFCL and its affiliates (“Sands”) to share the Data and with any third-party service providers of any Sands’ properties that has entered into a written agreement with Sands that is substantially similar to CFCL’s privacy policy. Eligible Passenger s acknowledges that the transfers authorized may constitute an international transfer of personal data and that the different jurisdictions where Sands and third-party service providers are incorporated may have different data privacy laws and protections from the data privacy laws and protections in place in the jurisdiction where the Eligible Passenger s is located. CFCL will comply with the applicable requirements under the Laws of the Macao Special Administrative Region on cross-border transfer of personal data, and will implement appropriate safeguards. Eligible Passenger s has the right to view his/her personal data, request additional information about its storage and processing, require any necessary amendments, withdraw the consent herein. Eligible Passenger s can change, remove or review the information provided anytime by either writing to CFCL at Estrada da Baía de Nossa Senhora da Esperança, The Venetian Macao, Executive Offices – L2, Taipa, Macao or by emailing CFCL at privacy@sands.com.mo. Data will be retained for as long as legally required and in accordance with CFCL data retention and classification policies. CFCL takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Data against unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage.
17. This Offer is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Carriage of Passengers and Luggage of CFCL.
18. CFCL reserves the right to pause, change or terminate this Offer and these Terms and Conditions without further notice.
19. In case of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Offer and these Terms and Conditions, CFCL reserves the right of final decision.
20. The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in case of discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
