1.    During the Promotion Period, Eligible Member may purchase a maximum of four (4) ferry tickets of the same sailing schedule (for the Eligible Member and three (3) additional guests) once per day.  The Membership Card number of Eligible Member will be recorded to avoid duplicated redemption of offer. 
2.    Eligible Member and the additional guests must arrive the gate together and travel on the same sailing schedule. There is no restriction on the age of the additional guests. Eligible Members must present their Membership Card for verification at the gate before boarding. If any deviation is found, Cotai Water Jet reserves the right to refuse travelers onboard. 
3.    All sailing schedules must be completed within the Promotion Period (i.e. on or before 31 December 2025).
4.    Discounted ferry tickets are subject to seat availability and on a first come first serve basis.
5.    This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, offers, discounts, gift vouchers, cash coupons, associate benefits, credits and points (including Rewards Dollars).  
6.    No change, cancellation or refund is available once ferry ticket is issued.
7.    Discounted ferry tickets cannot be upgraded to VIP cabin.
8.    All ferry tickets which are altered or damaged will be void.
9.    Cotai Ferry Company Limited (“Company”) will not be responsible for any lost or stolen ticket, and no reissuance of ferry ticket will be entertained.
10.    By participating in the Offer, Eligible Members confirm their agreement with the privacy policy of the Company as stated on https://www.cotaiwaterjet.com/privacy-policy.html (“Privacy Notice”).
11.    By participating in the Offer, Eligible Member hereby expressly acknowledges and provides consent for his/her personal data be collected, used, and shared as described herein and in the Privacy Notice. Eligible Member authorizes the Company to collect, use, store and process, automatically or manually, all personal data he/she provides the Company during his/her participation in this Offer (including the Membership Card number of Eligible Member and any data related with his/her participation in this Offer) (hereinafter the “Data”), for the purposes of offer redemption record. In addition, Eligible Member also expressly authorizes the Company to share and disclose, in confidentiality, his/her Data with Las Vegas Sands Corp. (“LVSC”) in the United States of America, Sands China Ltd. (“SCL”) in Hong Kong and Marina Bay Sands (“MBS”) in Singapore, any of its affiliates (collectively “Sands”) and with any third party service providers of any Sands’ properties that has entered into a written agreement with Sands that is substantially similar to the Company’s privacy policy, for the above said purposes and so that passenger may be provided with more consistent and personalized experiences across Sands’ properties. Eligible Member acknowledges that the transfers authorized may constitute an international transfer of personal data and that the different jurisdictions where the Company, LVSC, SCL, MBS, affiliates and third-party service providers are incorporated may have different data privacy laws and protections. The Company will comply with the applicable requirements under the Laws of the People’s Republic of China and the Macao Special Administrative Region on cross-border transfer of personal data, and will implement appropriate safeguards. Eligible Member has the right to view his/her personal data, request additional information about its storage and processing, require any necessary amendments or withdraw the consent herein. Eligible Member can change, remove or review the information provided anytime by either writing to the Company at Estrada da Baía de Nossa Senhora da Esperança, The Venetian Macao, Executive Offices – L2, Taipa, Macao or by emailing the Company at privacy@sands.com.mo. Eligible Members’ personal data will be kept during their participation in this Offer and for the period of time that the concession contract that Venetian Macau Limited is a party to for the operation of casino games of chance in the Macao Special Administrative Region is in force.
12.    This Offer is subject to Terms and Conditions of Carriage of Passengers and Luggage of the Company.
13.    The Company reserves the right to pause, change or terminate this Offer and these Terms and Conditions without further notice.  
14.    In case of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Offer and these Terms and Conditions, the Company reserves the right of final decision.     
15.    The English version of these Terms & Conditions shall prevail in case of discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
