Effective from Now, Passengers who purchase specified ferry tickets will be entitled to enjoy one way complimentary Macau city Limousine service.

  • A full fare adult Cotai VIP Cabin ticket (8 seats) of specified routes

City Route: 07:00 to 23:00
Airport Route : 07:25 to 16:15

Service details:
Limousine service will be applicable for Macau Taipa Ferry Terminal to / from Macau city only
Terms and Conditions:
  1. A full fare adult Cotai VIP Cabin ticket (8 seats) of specified routes
  • This Offer only applies to passengers who purchase a full fare adult Cotai VIP Cabin ticket (8 seats) on specified routes from any designated Cotai Water Jet ticketing counter; Cotai Water Jet website or Cotai Water Jet Smartphone Apps.
  • Limousine Service can only accommodate up to 8 passengers.
  • Free luggage check in service limited to 2 pieces per passenger up to a maximum of 20kgs with size not exceeding 56cm X 36cm X 23cm;  Passenger shall pay charges for the carriage of overweight or oversize luggage at the applicable rate from time to time published by the Carrier.
  1. Specified Routes: Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal to / from Macau Taipa Ferry Terminal; Hong Kong International Airport SkyPier to / from Macau Taipa Ferry Terminal.
  2. Passengers are required to book this service before 5:00pm 1 day before departure via email.
  3. Booking is deemed valid only after a confirmation email is received by the Passengers.
  4. Vehicle type is subject to availability on the day of departure.
  5. For Macau Taipa Ferry Terminal to Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal:
  • Passengers with check-in luggage must arrive check-in counter at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled ferry departure time.
  • Regarding charges and limitations of checked luggage, please refer to http://hk.cotaiwaterjet.com/ferry-schedule/hongkong-macau-taipa-hk.html for details.
  • Passengers should reserve sufficient time for immigration formality, custom clearance and boarding at Macau Taipa Ferry Terminal.
  • Passengers must board the vessel at the scheduled departure time as specified on the ferry ticket in order to enjoy the reserved limousine service.
  • The Limousine will arrive at the agreed pick up time. If Passengers do not arrive within 10 minutes of the agreed pick up time the driver may assume that the service is no longer required and leave without prior notice.
  • No change or cancellation is valid once the booking is confirmed.
  • Limousine service cannot be rescheduled in the event that Passenger changes the sailing time, and the original scheduled limousine service may be cancelled without prior notice.
  • Limousine service is only for one pick-up location in Macau, designated by Passenger, and drop off at the Macau Taipa Ferry Terminal.
  1. For Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal to Macau Taipa Ferry Terminal:

  • Limousine service is only for one pick-up at Macau Taipa Ferry Terminal, and one drop-off, designated by Passenger, in Macau.
  1. For Macau Taipa Ferry Terminal to Hong Kong International Airport SkyPier Route:
  • Passengers with check-in luggage must arrive airport route check-in counter at least 60 minutes prior to scheduled ferry departure time.
  • Charges apply to luggage exceeding the free luggage service allowance. Please refer to https://www.cotaiwaterjet.com/ferry-schedule/hkia-macau-taipa.html  for details.
  • Passengers should reserve sufficient time for immigration formality, custom clearance and boarding at Macau Taipa Ferry Terminal.
  • Passengers must board the vessel at the scheduled departure time as specified on the ferry ticket in order to enjoy the reserved limousine service.
  • The Limousine will arrive at the agreed pick up time. If Passengers do not arrive within 10 minutes of the agreed pick up time the driver may assume that the service is no longer required and leave without prior notice.

  • Passengers with check-in luggage must arrive E2- Cotai Water Jet ticketing counter Level 5 Terminal 1 HKIA check-in counter at least 60 minutes prior to scheduled ferry departure time.
  • Charges apply to luggage exceeding the free luggage service allowance. Please refer to https://www.cotaiwaterjet.com/ferry-schedule/hkia-macau-taipa.html  for details.
  • Passengers should reserve sufficient time for immigration formality, baggage reclaim and custom clearance after disembarkation at Taipa Ferry Terminal.
  • Passengers must board the vessel at the scheduled departure time as specified on the ferry ticket in order to enjoy the reserved limousine service.
  • The Limousine will arrive at Macau Taipa Ferry Terminal at agreed time. If passengers do not arrive within 10 minutes of the agreed pick up time, the driver may assume that the service is no longer required and leave without prior notice. Passengers should reserve sufficient time for immigration formality, baggage reclaim and custom clearance after disembarkation at Taipa Ferry Terminal when making reservation.

  1. Complimentary Limousine services are provided by third party suppliers. Cotai Water Jet is not responsible for the acts or omissions of such suppliers, nor for any deficiency in the facilities and services offered. In particular, Cotai Water Jet has no liability for any delay, loss, personal injury, or death incurred during the use of such facilities and services.
  2. The Complimentary Limousine service is exclusive to this offer only and cannot be used with other offers or discounts.
  3. Cotai Water Jet reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.
  4. Cotai Water Jet reserves the right of final interpretation for the content and items hereinabove.
