Taking customers’ priorities as our very own, Cotai Water Jet provides a range of guest services to truly meet the needs of our passengers. Our professional team will be on hand to assist passengers not only when they are on board a Cotai Water Jet vessel but also to ensure seamless transfers to and from their sea journey.

Our range of services include a fully escorted meet-and-greet airport and city route service at our service ports (from Shun Tak Centre in Sheung Wan / Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) to Taipa Ferry Terminal, Macau), easy check-in as well as porter and luggage service, creating a smooth process making every journey memorable and trouble free


City Route

1. All bookings is to be sent to Cotai Water Jet Customer Service Department by email to mg@cotaiwaterjet.com at least 48 hours in advance.
2. Service is not available when typhoon signal no.8 or above is hoisted and after it has been lowered by the Hong Kong or Macau Observatory. Under this situation, all booked services will be cancelled. All paid service fee can be refunded within 30 days of the service date.
3. Service is available from 07:00 to 22:00 hours based on the ferry departure time.
4. A 50% surcharge will apply to all services provided from 07:00 to 07:30 and 22:00 hours based on the ferry departure time.
5. A no-show is considered as a fulfilled service, and no refund will be entertained.
6. Luggage considered as "out of gauge" by the carrier will be considered as oversized or overweight luggage. A common definition for regular size luggage is a maximum of 20kgs with size not exceeding 76cm X 56cm X 23cm. 
7. Any additional service requested on site which is out of original booking form, service charge have to be settled on site.
8. Cancellation policy for city route (applies to all services booked):
   For cancellation of prepaid service received in writing within 4 hours before the sailing time, no refunds will be given.

10. All amendment or cancellation must be received by E-mail and phone amendment or   cancellation will not be accepted.
11. All services provided by Cotai Water Jet are subject to availability. Cotai Water Jet reserves the right to make a final decision on all services to be performed should there be any disputed.
12. Ferry ticket cannot be changed, refunded and cancelled.
13. CWJ shall not be liable for any exemplary, punitive, special or consequential damages, including lost revenues, lost profits or lost prospective economic advantage arising from any performance of, or failure to perform, service under this agreement, and client hereby releases and waives any claims against CWJ regarding such damages.
